UP TO 200 students from Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School and St Wilfrid's High School and Technology College, Blackburn, have celebrated the success of their annual "The Challenge of Management" conference.
The two day event, organised in conjunction with the educational charity, The Industrial Careers Foundation, gave students the opportunity to build and develop the skills that would be necessary for them to have a successful career in business.
The students were required to complete a series of challenges which required them to use tactics of negotiation, confidently express their innovative ideas, and delegate the workload when required.
