A DOOMED Church of England school has gone on the market for £250,000.
St Paul's CE Primary in Ramsbottom will close at the end of the summer term as part of a controversial move by the local education authority to address falling pupil rolls and cut surplus places.
A spokeswoman for the Manchester Diocese said: "The school will close by July 31, the date by which a sale of the building will be finalised. We are duty boundto accept the highest offer. But we cannot disclose the parties interested."
