COMPANY bosses throughout the borough will be able to mix business and pleasure next week with the launch of a new networking club.
Networking for Business will hold its inaugural meeting at the Village Hotel and Leisure Club in George Street, Prestwich, on Wednesday (June 25) at 2pm.
The man behind the initiative is Mark Greenwood whose aim is to attract business people from all over north Manchester.
Talking of the new venture, Mark said: "At Networking for Business, you have the opportunity to meet potential customers, exchange ideas, increase new business and integrate yourself into a large network of people.
"It is an enjoyable way to gain business with exclusivity in your field and, therefore, no competition," he added.
Mark says he decided to launch his own networking club as a cheaper alternative to similar organisations currently up-and-running.
"I want to provide an improved service and my aim is for the Networking for Business club to meet every fortnight. I've also been in touch with the Manchester Business Consortium. I feel there is a lack of proper networking clubs."
Networking for Business is aimed primarily at small to medium-sized companies which will be able to benefit from shared knowledge, expertise and contacts.
