A MAN from Radcliffe has been charged with the farmhouse murder of a Cheshire market trader.
James Stuart Raven, aged 43, of Parnham Close, appeared before magistrates in Macclesfield on Monday.
Brian Waters, aged 43, was found dead at Burnt House Farm, near Knutsford, last Thursday afternoon.
Raven also faces charges of attempted murder of a woman and the indecent assault of Natalie Waters.
Raven was refused bail. The preliminary hearing into the case will be heard at Cheshire Crown Court next month.
