STUDENTS attending Norden High School, Rishton, put their engineering skills into practice when they participated in a Training 2000 course, funded by the Education Business Partnership (EBP) and the organisation, Champion for Young People.
The after school, voluntary course ran for ten weeks and students used a range of soldering methods and mechanisms to create mini robots.
Students were presented with a Crest Award certificate from Ken Read of the EBP.
