SURFERS will be riding high in Leigh if plans to build a two floor Internet Cafe and offices are approved by Council planning chiefs.
Leigh company Tyrrell Systems hope to transform a shop and residential premises on St Helens Road into a state-of-the-art Internet Cafe with internet access for all. They also plan to convert a two storey workshop into offices.
