A NURSERY which received a glowing Ofsted report from government inspectors is celebrating its 12th birthday.
The Avenue Nursery in Leigh was praised for its educational provision and children's language development, understanding of the environment and physical development.
Praising hard-working staff nursery owner Bernard Meadows said: "They have worked to improve the nursery and the Ofsted report is the culmination of that hard work."
The nursery caters for children aged from six weeks to five years.
