THE children's nursery chain Wind in the Willows has moved to a new Toad Hall on Golborne business park.
The company's new base on the former colliery site will house its head office and administration and accounts departments to service a planned 27 nurseries across the UK.
The deal is one of several new lettings following the completion of a £2.4m new venture to create 42,000 sq ft of workspace at the Imex Spaces' Centre in High Street.
Chief executive of Wind in the Willows, Tom Hobbs, said: "Within the next 12 months we will have built and launched 22 nurseries to add to our five existing sites.
"We chose to move to Golborne because of its location, easily accessible from all over the country and also the flexibility of the terms available. Our business is growing at a tremendous pace and the offer -- a licence agreement rather than a long term lease -- means we are not tied in and can take on extra space at any time."
