BLACKBURN has every right to be proud of its landlords and landladies as they proved to be among the best licensee bowlers in North West.
The Blackburn LVA beat their counterparts from the Ribble Valley, Blackpool and Lancaster to win an annual bowling competition at The Butler's Arms, Pleasington.
The winning shield is now being proudly shown off by winning captain Dorothy Mason at The Old Toll Bar, Accrington Road.
