THE annual 'Tai Chi In The Park' event will be held this Sunday at Clarence Park, Bury.
Participants from classes with Bury Lifelong Learning and Age Concern Metro will be performing a free demonstration from 2pm to 4pm when Tai Chi students of all ages and abilities will be sharing their expertise.
Other Tai Chi practitioners and teachers are invited to come along and demonstrate their style and anyone interested in fining out more about the sport can come down, have a look or have a go.
Demonstrations will include Tai Chi forms, Sword form, Sabre form and Fan form. Parents are advised to keep an eye on their children in view of the danger from the weapons performance and the close proximity to the deep water of the Lido.
Refreshments will be available from the Jubilee Centre which will be open especially for the event.
