The police were beaten on their own patch in a friendly organised by Lancashire Constabulary.
A young Paak United team from Nelson took on the police at the Constabulary's Headquarters in Hutton.
Mebs Ahmed, of the police told us, "We wanted to organise something to promote community cohesion and increase links with young people.
"It was also about creating trust and confidence between the police and the community."
The event was organised in partnership with the Lancashire Council of Mosques' Connecting Communities project which aims to increase awareness of the opportunities available in the police force.
Paak manager Javed Iqbal was pleased with the event and hoped members of his squad now had a different perspective of the police. "It was a very enjoyable day but I must admit it was good to beat the police. I would like to thank Mebs and Jamil for organising this event and I think some people would have changed the way they perceive the police."
Lancashire Constabulary is hoping to organise similar games in the future throughout Lancashire.
