A MOTORIST accused of causing the death of a Tyldesley motorcyclist appeared on Monday at Liverpool Crown Court.
Kevin Moran, aged 45, from Rochdale pleaded not guilty to causing the death of Gary Smith by driving a Vauxhall Astra dangerously on November 15, 2002.
Mr Smith, a father of two, died shortly after the collision on the East Lancashire Road at Haydock.
Moran was remanded on bail to await his trial on September 29.
