CHOCOLATE lovers who want to declutter their homes should give their unwanted items to the Blackpool's Shelter charity shop, Talbot Road, this Saturday (July12).
The shop is giving away one free chocolate bar to anyone donating items, from ornaments to clothing, which can be sold to raise money for homeless people.
Although electrical items can't be accepted, even clean worn or torn textiles such as holey bed sheets can be sold to recyclers to earn money for the charity, said Blackpool shop manager Gillian France.
But you may still get your chocolate, even if you can't make it on Saturday said Blackpool shop manager Gillian France. "Although this is a one day national promotion, we'll keep on running it until the chocolate bars run out!" she said.
