SHE'S got the same lace up dress and silver boots. She's even got the same bra.

She's 34-year-old Sharron Rowe from Chester and she's going to treat the crowds at Arts in the Park to a hugely convincing impersonation of Kylie Minogue.

Sharron has been a Kylie fanatic ever since the pint-sized Antipodean burst on to the pop scene back in the late 80s.

Bewilderingly, Sharron has exactly the same measurements as the pop princess, right down to her shoe size. The pair even share the same age and star sign.

Yet Sharron's abilities as a sound-alike remained concealed until she performed a karaoke act in a pub just over six months ago.

Sharron's manager, Marguerite Rowe, explained: "Sharron's fanatical about Kylie and always has been.

"But it was purely by chance she started her career as a Kylie impersonator.

"She's always had a huge interest in Kylie and buys every magazine that has anything in it about Kylie inside.

"She's got the white lace-up dress Kylie wears and the silver boots and she decided to wear those when we went to a fancy dress karaoke night in a local pub.

"Sharron got up and sang and she was just so brilliant this man came up to us at the end and asked if she was being managed.

"That's when we decided she had the potential to do an act based on Kylie."

Sharron now travels the country performing the songs that Kylie has made famous from throughout her career.

Those include recent hits like Spinning Around and In Your Eyes, but also Kylie's 80s numbers like Better the Devil and Especially For You, which Sharron performs with a Kermit the Frog puppet.

Marguerite said: "She's so talented and sounds so much like Kylie. It's brilliant."

Sharron's extensive knowledge of the star also helped her to win Kylie's bra in a national competition in which she correctly answered a series of Kylie questions.

As well as winning the bra, she was photographed wearing both it and a pair of Kylie-esque bikini pants in a national newspaper.

Marguerite said: "Sharron hates the picture, but we all think it's great. She looks just like Kylie."
