I HAVE read with interest the various slants and spin put on the transfer of David Dunn to Birmingham and have come to the conclusion I must be the only person in the world who does not appear to actually know what has gone on.
Lots of things have allegedly been said by both parties and lots of things have allegedly been denied by both parties, but the facts are a mystery to me and, I suspect, to most of the authors of the letters to the Lancashire Evening Telegraph, most of which come down on the side of Graeme Souness.
I, for one, will miss David. I think he is an exceptional talent which a provincial club like Blackburn can ill afford to lose. Our loss is Birmingham's gain.
