I AM definitely against a regional assembly. If this happens the small towns will be left to rot. As for joining Burnley or Blackburn with Darwen, heaven forbid.
You only have to take a look at what the council has done to Blackburn.
The shopping centre is a shambles, the parking is disgusting and look at all the money they have wasted on monstrosities they call art.
I hope and pray we stay as we are.
