BIG Brother star Ray Shah is visiting East Lancashire to open a new education centre.
The runner-up in this year's show will officially open the e2e centre, in Lomeshaye Road, Nelson, on Thursday, September 25.
The facility, set up by Pendle Training and Nelson and Colne College, will help under represented groups in the area prepare for further education and employment.
It is a Government project aimed at reducing the barriers that some young people face when learning or working.
Programme manager, Geoff Dawes, said the e2e centre would reach people that need support. He said: "We'll be able to prepare the young people for further education and employment -- it's the kind of help that really makes a difference to peoples lives.
Ray, who was runner up to Cameron in the popular Channel 4 game show this summer, will make a recording in the new e2e diary room after opening the centre.
