RAMSBOTTOM United hope to continue to prove their manager right at Ashington tomorrow.
The Rams make the trip up to Northumberland on a high following their 3-2 win at Clitheroe on Tuesday, which tore up their neighbours' 100 per cent record.
And boss Andy Grimshaw has proved spot on with his prediction that once his team collected their first win of the season it would spark off a run of good results.
"Confidence is running high," said Grimshaw. "We've had three wins on the bounce and we've got into this winning habit."
However, with a visit to unknown Ashington in the FA Cup first qualifying round on the horizon, Grimshaw is refusing to take any risks in his preparation for facing the outfit from the notoriously tough Northern League.
He said: "I haven't had them watched. I work like everybody else, so we haven't had time to see them but we are preparing properly.
"We've got a long way to go but we are setting off at 9am, having lunch and trying to make it as professional as we possibly can."
