STUDENTS at Accrington and Rossendale College Horizon's Restaurant cooked up a treat in the latest of their celebration dinners.
Each month chefs from famous restaurants throughout the UK shared their culinary secrets with students as they prepare a series of four course meals.
The latest was under the guidance of Matthew Dorich, head chef at one of Rick Stein's fish restaurants in Cornwall, whose dishes included Thai fish cakes and salad of cuttlefish with noodles, shitake mushrooms, ginger and truffle oil.
In addition to letting East Lancashire folk try different dishes without travelling the events give students the chance to impress and gain additional work experience.
The final Celebration Dinner by James Gingell of Manchester's Restaurant Bar and Grill will include a murder mystery on October 16.
