ALMOST one hundred licensees from in and around Blackburn will be enjoying their association's annual banquet tomorrow.
The Blackburn and District LVA are holding the banquet at Mytton Fold Hotel in Langho.
President for the event will be Barry Pitt, operations and sales director, for Scottish and Newcastle Enterprises.
