IT'S going to be a tense weekend for Walshaw as they attempt to secure the Bolton Association league title.
Standing in the way of the Sycamore Road side are local rivals Elton. And Walshaw need that win to clinch the silverware.
Walshaw go into the game on top of their game after a comfortable victory over Darcy Lever.
Robin Faulkner was the hero as he complemented his 6-59 with the ball with an unbeaten 58 that saw his side to their target of 138.
Elton were also victorious as they successfully defended a score of 155 at Astley and Tyldesley; Mark Goddard hitting an unbeaten 38.
In reply, Goddard took 6-38 to ensure his side took home the points. Saturday's game promises to be a cracker!
