A FULL planning application from Ensign Developmens, Ensign House, Irwell Street, Rosegrove, to demolish existing buildings and erect six dwellinghouses on the same site, is an amendment to previous application to erect the houses at a different angle.
Neighbours have until September 30 to make any comments to Burnley Council before the matter is considered.

LOWERHOUSE Residents Association will hold a mock auction at Rosegrove Unity Club, Accrington Road/Rossendale Road, on Thursday, September 25 at 7.30pm.
The event is to raise funds for the cost of the hearing in the fight for the land off Liverpool Road.

ON Monday September 22 the community wardens will attend a coffee morning at Rosegrove Action Group shop at 12 Lowerhouse Lane.
Tea and coffee will be free but a donation would be appreciated.
Anyone who would like to donate crocus and tulip bulbs for the Peace Garden can call at the action group shop on a Monday or Thursday morning before the end of September.
