A THIEF who helped herself to a trolley load of goods from Sainsburys had gone there by car - but was a banned driver, a court was told.
Burnley Magistrates heard how Vicky Parkinson, 35, who got behind the wheel twice more after being ordered off the road, had a drug problem.
Parkinson was bailed until October 13 for an assessment for a drug treatment and testing order but was warned all sentencing options were open. She was told to live at her address and comply with the probation service.
The defendant, of Avon Drive, Barnoldswick, had admitted allegations of driving while disqualified and using an uninsured vehicle and stealing from shop premises.
