A FREE tax planning seminar is to be held next Thursday (Sept 25) for members of Bury's business community considering investment in land and property.
The event is aimed at people looking for an alternative to traditional savings products but who lack experience of tax planning issues relating to land and property.
Topics will include types of ownership, minimising VAT, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and income tax, buying property overseas and the effect of new stamp duty rules.
