CLASSIC car enthusiasts geared up for a challenge to drive 2,000 miles round Europe in 48 hours.
Members of Club Triumph, including Martin Randle, of Barnoldswick, took up the challenge earlier this month, which saw a convoy of 15 classic Triumph cars drive through ten European countries.
The club, which already organises a Round Britain Run each year, is now planning to make the European trip an annual event.
The local branch of Club Triumph meets at the Old Stone Trough, Kelbrook, on the first Friday of each even month. For more details contact Martin Randle on 01282 814754.
