KAREN Francis will be handling the cups and saucers tomorrow morning as a massive fundraising campaign comes to life across East Lancashire.
Karen is manager of the leisure centre at The Dunkenhalgh Hotel, Clayton-le-Moors, one of dozens of businesses, schools, and homes taking part in Macmillan Cancer Relief's world's biggest coffee morning.
People are invited to go along to the events and pay a small fee which will go to the charity.
Last year, the event raised around £30million in the UK.
And the charity hopes to get closer to £35million this year.
Some of those taking part are St John's Stonefold Primary School, Rising Bridge; Co-op Funeralcare, Mincing Lane, Blackburn; St Phillip's Court, Blackburn; Lower Darwen Community Centre; Blakey's bar, Blackburn; Farmhouse Fare factory, Clitheroe; Spar, George Street, Whalley; Moorhead High School, Accrington; and Parrock House Retirement Home, Colne.
