BEDFORD High School singing star Michelle Reynolds is on the road to TV fame.
Following her live performance on CBBC's Fame Academy on Monday Michelle is one of eight chosen from thousands of budding hopefuls to reach the final of the contest for school age children.
Head of expressive arts, Pat Calcutt, said: "Michelle is a rare talent, a beautiful singer and I'm sure she will go on to bigger things. We at Bedford know her abilities well."
Michelle performed at the school's last old folk's Christmas party and there wasn't a dry eye in the house when she sang at the year 11 leaving ceremony last term.
She also takes part in every school concert and in November will play the lead role in the school production of "Grease".
