STUDENTS at a Brierfield school looked beyond their school days to future careers at a recent convention.
The day involved pupils aged 13 to 16 at Mansfield School, Elland Road. Organisations taking part included Rolls Royce, Burnley Healthcare, Weston Electrical, Boundary Mill, Northern Technologies, Pendle Training and an array of sixth form colleges.
Organiser Fiona Clark, head of Year 11, said: "The atmosphere was vibrant all day and the students received an array of information.
"I hope to make this an annual experience."
