A WOMAN who managed to live without heroin while in Spain returned to old ways when later residing back in Burnley.
Deborah Tomlin then became one of a number of people arrested by police as part of a drugs crackdown called Nimrod.
She sold heroin wraps to undercover police and this resulted in a prison sentence of three years and ten months being passed at Preston Crown Court.
The 37-year-old woman of Cleaver Street, Burnley, had pleaded guilty to four charges of supplying drugs. The court heard how she supplied £10 heroin wraps to police on several occasions.
She also sold an amount of crack cocaine. She had previous convictions for drug related offences.
Mr Tony Cross, defending, said she had been frank with police when interviewed.
"She is the sort of dealer who is an addict and hopelessly addicted. She is determined to change".
Judge Robert Brown pointed to the fact that Tomlin had admitted dealing for around a month before her arrest - supplying as many as ten bags a day.
She had relapsed.
