CRIME, disorder and anti-social behaviour will be on the agenda at a community meeting next week.
Police are inviting parents and young people to attend to find out what is being done to tackle bad behaviour.
The event will be the second in a series of quarterly meetings designed to give residents a chance to have their say on how the area is policed.
The last such event was attended by 100 residents who saw exclusive footage of a drugs bust.
Inspector Paul Robinson said: "The community has had significant difficulties with disorder and anti-social behaviour of late.
"We are keen not only to tell residents what the police and other agencies are doing about the issue, but also to enlist their support because it is something we cannot tackle alone."
The meeting is at Mansfield High School, Brierfield, on October 16 at 7pm.
