CLITHEROE will be without five players for tonight's home game against Woodley Sports.
Gary Jackson is the latest casualty after breaking a bone in his foot during Saturday's 3-1 win at Warrington Town and could be sidelined for several weeks.
Barrie Hart and Stuart Todhunter are still suffering from ankle injuries, while Neil Spencer has a hamstring strain and Mark Stewart is on holiday.
But manager Lee Sculpher is hopeful his side can build on Saturday's good performance.
"We've had a good week in beating Mossley last Tuesday and winning at Warrington on Saturday," he said.
"Warrington's never an easy place to go because it's always windy and it's not the best pitch in the league, but we worked hard for the victory and we thoroughly deserved it."
But Sculpher is now looking for some home improvements.
"The last couple of home games have been disappointing because we've had two draws," he said.
"Woodley have started very well and are going to be a team to fear throughout the season.
"It's going to be all hands to the pump for us but we'll be looking to pick up three points."
