CLASSIC songs like the tear-jerking You'll Never Walk Alone, the romantic If I Loved You and the joyful June is Bustin' Out All Over will be echoing around St Mary's College, Blackburn this week as the North Blackburn Church Players present Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel.
The plot revolves around the stormy romance of fairground worker Billy and factory girl Julie and moves from turbulence and tragedy to love and redemption, with ample helpings of comedy thrown in.
Deborah Smith and Paul Halstead lead the talented cast of players in the musical, which runs from tomorrow until Saturday, November 1 at St Mary's College Theatre, Shear Brow.
