WAYNE Martin missed his 19th birthday after he was arrested for a breach of the peace and kept in custody for 36 hours.
Blackburn magistrates heard that police called to an incident in Alexander Place, Darwen, found Martin stripped to the waste and shouting and swearing at neighbours.
The court was told that Martin was making threats towards a neighbour who turned out to be his brother-in-law.
Martin, of Alexander Place, admitted a breach of the peace and was bound over in £100 for six months.
Kevin Preston, defending, said Martin had drunk far too much on Saturday night and for his trouble had spent all of his 19th birthday in the cells.
