TYLDESLEY RUFC under 8s and 9s won their games against Ashton-on-Mersey.
Tyldesley under 10s enjoyed a comfortable 35-5 win against Bolton boosted by four first half tries. Ever competitive Conor Norton, MOM Adam Prendergast (2) and Harry Dickinson, with his first touchdown for the club, and a well deserved last, minute try by Nathan Rushton put the result beyond doubt.
The totally committed under 11s had an excellent 40-15 win over Ashton. Laura Riches and Scott Brown scored three tries each with others from Martyn Wallbank and Jordan Withers.
Tyldesley u12s lost 28-12 to Ashton after two quick tries gave them an uphill battle. To their credit Tyldesley never gave up and scored tries through Daniel Riches (2) and Ashley Hall.
