MEMORABILIA is being sought from six decades of Blackburn Drama Club productions as the group gets ready to celebrate its 60th anniversary on January 30.
This event will take place at the Astley Bank Hotel, Darwen. There will be a sit-down buffet and speeches from the president, chairman and two past members, Coronation Street star Madge Hindle and Bill Shaw, who will talk about The Pleasurable Problems Of Being An Actor.
The meal starts at 8pm, but guests can arrive any time after 7pm.
Club secretary Eric Nolan is arranging a display on the night and would be very grateful of any memorabilia, old programmes, pictures and tales from former club members and theatre goers. Eric can be contacted on (01254) 247510.
Price for the evening is £20.
