A FRIENDS-style caf-bar is set to open its doors in the heart of Rossendale in the New Year.
The Artisan is the brainchild of Michelle Booth, former head chef at the Digby Trout restaurant in the National Museum of Photography, Film and Television in Bradford.
It was originally set to open in December, but there have been building delays. Situated on Queens Square in Rawtenstall, on the site of a former printworks, the premises have been renovated. Inside is a large mezzanine area, a steel staircase and glass roof and guest will be able to relax on a comfy sofa, while outside there is seating in a landscaped area.
Michelle said she wanted a relaxed approach to socialising.
