IN response to Keith Reynolds letter (December 29), he puts forward a valid but insignificant question on whether the capture of Saddam Hussein would be a cause for celebration for Tasaddiq Rehman and the Muslim Civil Rights Movement.
However, what matters is how the various political groups in Iraq would not gel in celebration. The pitfall in this aftermath of a political vacuum would be to supplement it with arms sales yet again.
Saddam, an arch fiend? I ask you Mr Reynolds. An old pal of the likes of Bush, Rumsfeld and Cheney to be explicit. This is the known unknown. What?
