THERE is still time to catch the pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk in Colne.

The production of the panto at the town's Municipal Hall is on until Sunday, January 18.

It stars the Children's ITV presenter, Leigh Morrison, as Jack and features the comic talents of Tim Pope, as Dame Dolly Dimplebottom, and George Critchley, as Silly Billy.

Audiences can join the hero Jack through the clouds to rescue a princess from the evil Fleshcreep and the Giant.

Gary Hood, Pendle Leisure's entertainment manager, said: "Whether it is a trip out for the kids, an association outing or a relaxing family evening with family and friends, there is nothing better than panto time."
