TWO drug addicts who stole a mobile telephone from the executive suite at Turf Moor's James Hargreaves stand have appeared in court.
Andrew George Purvis, 23, of Dall Street, Burnley, and Wayne Peter Sawley, 27, of the same address, both admitted burglary on December 8 and being found on enclosed premises for an unlawful purpose, the day before.
Purvis was bailed until January 21 on condition he lives at his home address and co-operates with the probation service.
Sawley, who also pleaded guilty to stealing from shop premises, was given a 12-month community rehabilitation order, to include the Dordrecht initiative. He must also pay £107.50 compensation.
