SHAKERS' caretaker manager Graham Barrow has thrown down the gauntlet to his underachieving charges.
He says if any of his players are not prepared for a fight to the death, then they can leave the club.
Barrow is disillusioned with the form of his squad who have now lost eight consecutive matches and are falling towards the Third Division relegation zone.
And he was furious with Bury's performance in defeat at Lincoln last Saturday.
Barrow said: "I was gutted after Saturday's display.
"That just wasn't acceptable and I've told the players as much.
"I've told them that the office door is open and anyone who doesn't want to play only has to come and tell me.
"Things have got to change drastically. The players have backed me into a corner and now they have to respond."
"The passion and feeling for the game isn't there and we need to get it back.
"I'm not sure it's been there all season but we are going to have to find it from somewhere."
Barrow is mortified at the kind of individual errors that are costing points week in, week out.
"Mistakes are costing us, it's as simple as that," he added.
