THE RFL will rule on where Leigh's Powergen Challenge Cup third round tie against amateurs Elland will be played.
With doubts over the availability of Halifax's New Shay ground - the nearest pro ground to Elland - Leigh suggested the tie be switched to Hilton Park. The Yorkshire Cup winners failed to respond and now Leigh have handed the matter on to the RFL.
Sheffield Eagles, Leigh Miners opponents in the competition, are reluctant to play their tie at Hilton Park on Friday, February 6 and again the RFL are likely to make a decision.
