FOLLOWING a successful six-month trial a farmers market will continue in Ramsbottom.
It will be held every month, with the first one of the year taking place this Sunday (January 11).
Held in Market Place and inside Ramsbottom Civic Hall, the market will feature more than 25 stalls bringing together farmers and producers from all over the north west. There will also be arts and crafts stalls.
Trish Willott, the council's towns centre co-ordinator, said: "The regular stallholders on the market are delighted to continue."
Other market dates, between 10am and 3pm, are February 1; March 14; April 11; May 9; June 13; July 11; August 8; September 12; October 10; November 14 and December 12.
