A MEETING with the parks department, Groundwork and Rosegrove Action Group was held to discuss the improvements to Owen Street Park. One of the concerns that came out of a local planning event held approximately two years ago was that there was nowhere for the youngsters to play.
Rosegrove has been allocated £15,000 from the Elevate programme. One of the proposals is to fence off the park which will keep irresponsible dog owners off the grass, enabling people to enjoy a cleaner, safer park.
