AS A cynical motorist who has maintained a clean driving licence for over 35 years, my expectations are that I will receive a speeding fine and subsequent penalty points sooner or later for going through a speed camera at 33mph.
I can hardly wait for the invention of a camera that identifies a teenage tearaway in a stolen car, with no insurance, no driving licence, no MOT, who has been banned for life on at least two occasions and is high on drugs and drink, but who currently will not be prosecuted as long as he passes through a speed trap at less than the legal limit.
Whatever happened to justice?
