STEPHEN Manners, 36, of Sabden Walk, Blackburn, was bound over in the sum of £50 to keep the peace for 12 months by Blackburn magistrates, after admitting a breach of the peace.
A charge of being drunk and disorderly was withdrawn.
Neil White, prosecuting, said paramedics called to assist Manners had left because of the abuse he directed towards them.
When police arrived he directed similar abuse towards the officers who eventually lost patience and arrested him.
Kevin Preston, defending, said Manners actually had a dislocated shoulder and needed help.
"Obviously that didn't help his mood," said Mr Preston.
