PRICES have been slashed in a large town centre pub to boost the January ale sales..
Bradley Hollingsworth, who runs the Postal Order in Darwen Street, Blackburn, has cut the price of a number of drinks at the pub until Sunday.
Bradley said: "Department stores and shops hold their sales in January so I thought it would be a good idea to have one in the pub too.
"Given the choice of a trip to the shops or the pub I think most people would choose us."
