THERE is about as much chance of the 53 cameras being removed as I have of plaiting sawdust. Once these partnerships get their hands on public money (our money) they will use whatever means possible to keep it. If it means interpreting the rules their way, then so be it.
Also, has anyone ever checked the height of the speed control humps? Some of these seem higher than the height they state in the planning permission submissions to the council.
