WORK has begun on a new £5.5 million business park in Bury which could act as a prime jobs magnet.
Behind the development at Hollins Brook Park, is north west-based commercial and industrial property company Delma Developments.
The scheme is located adjacent to junction three of the M66 and the Park 66 retail and Leisure Park. Located within the retail park are Asda, Megabowl, Warner Village Cinema and McDonalds.
Part financed by the European Union, the business park will be developed in two phases, totalling 42,000 sq ft of office accommodation. Phase one comprises three detached office buildings, two buildings providing 5,400 sq ft and one large building of 7,500 sq ft.
The second phase will offer four detached buildings, each one 24,000 sq ft. With phase one set for completion this September, potential occupants are being offered the opportunity to acquire flexible accommodation to meet their business needs.
The high specification buildings at Hollins Brook Park are available to let as a whole or, alternatively, on a floor by floor basis. Each comprises raised floors, heating, double glazing, lifts and shower facilities. Ample car parking is provided with onsite CCTV.
