UNIBOND League leaders Hucknall Town are next up for improving Lancaster City this weekend.
City are one of only three teams to have beaten the big-spending Derbyshire side this campaign, having earned a 3-1 victory at the Giant Axe in September.
But the Dolly Blues - who have improved to eleventh in the Premier Division table following the draw with Frickley on Saturday - will have to be at their best to get anything from this fixture.
And to make matters worse, they will be without the suspended Farrell Kilbane for the match.
Other news from the Giant Axe this week is that veteran keeper Mark Thornley has been released by City to help out Kendal Town, where Tony Hesketh is now part of the management team, as they struggle towards the foot of Unibond Division One.
