THE Journal's sister paper, the Bolton Evening News, is celebrating Westhoughton's past, present and future with a photographic exhibition at Westhoughton Library.
Poignant pictures from the past -- many from the newspaper's extensive archives -- will feature along with lots of present day scenes, the ones which have made the headlines and ones showing the life and times of Westhoughton.
The free show features dozens of photographs spanning decades which have been kindly loaned by readers. The display is in an upstairs room at the library and open during normal business hours.
